Ja. Pro-rated billing — je betaalt alleen het verschil voor de lopende maand. Downgraden gaat in op de volgende factuurmaand, geen restitutie tussentijds.
Wat valt onder de 14-dagen trial?+
Volledige CC Pro features. Geen creditcard nodig om te starten. Na 14 dagen kies je een tier of stap je over naar CC Starter.
Is er een setup-fee?+
Nee. Onboarding-wizard + import-templates inbegrepen. Bij complexe migratie: optionele consultancy €150/uur.

Wat gebeurt er met mijn data bij opzegging?+
Jouw data is jouw data. Bij opzegging: 30 dagen toegang tot data-export (CSV + PDF + JSON). Daarna hard-delete behoudens Wkkgz-bewaarplicht (medisch dossier blijft 20 jaar).

Productie-traject 2026. We werken operationeel volgens NEN 7510-richtlijnen. Officiële certificering verwacht Q4 2026.
